Called Allison to schedule maintenance for my unit, which I had not maintained since buying the property over 14 yrs ago. Victor made my appointment happen promptly and professionally (manager was out of the office at that time). He went through the system, which I thought would need a lot never having being maintained by me, and came back with an extremely fair price to keep my system going strong. I am more than happy with this company's service and they will be who I call for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Also apparently they were the ones that installed the 18 year old system to begin with(2005). Steve, the owner is excellent and he employs the best people to do the job. I have had many services done by them. They installed my new air ducts and new heating and air system, as well as my air purifier. Their Techs are knowledgeable, very polite and do a great job. If you call them you will probably be speaking to Katie. She is great to work with ; she does all the scheduling and helps you with any of your service needs. They recently got a new duct system and will soon be replacing the AC & Heater. I've used this company for all my HVAC needs over the past eight years. This month I needed to replace my entire system; heat and a/c. I called on a Wednesday morning and they were out that evening. They installed my new furnace that Friday! Junior and his team (Brad and Phong) were professional and very nice. They came back two weeks later to install the a/c. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Katie in the office was also very friendly and helpful.
